My EverythingThis ficlet (or is it a snippet?) was the very first fanfic I ever wrote on my own, and on top of that the very first slashfic. It was written over five years ago, when senslash was not yet the institution it is now. Isn't that a scary thought?
Anyway, I wrote it, rewrote it, was proud of it and posted it on my site (way back then located on geocities, the Cascade Junkyard). Four years later, I started making this site. I rewrote it again, understood it was rather juvenile but posted it anyway because it reminded me of the old times.
Then, I got embarrassed. I mean, the writing really stinks. Really. I blushed just thinking about it. It's written in purple prose isn't it? Egh!
So, came the day I decided to pull it and try to rewrite it. That didn't really happen, but I wrote something based on it. This is really much more of a 'stream of consciousness' thing, but I think it's better. Well, I hope it is.This said, I still didn't want to pull the original story. For me, it's a good way to see how much I evolved in writing and it's still reminds me of the beginnings of senslash.
